We booked our daughters 5th birthday party at Jungle Adventure and all I can say is WOW! The team took care of everything I felt so at ease and the rooms themselves look incredible. Our party host Phoebe could not have done more for us she was so attentive. There was plenty of food for all the children and even the adults. We had a fabulous time.

We booked Jungle Adventure last minute as something to do to entertain our children on the penultimate day of our holiday to Suffolk. The staff were so friendly and welcoming, the venue was very clean. We visited at 4pm in the afternoon, which was the last family session of the day and I would recommend families to visit.

My two children had a great time at summer camp and thoroughly enjoyed creating their very own tye dye t shirts. They even wore them back on their next visit to show the team members. My girls took a particular shining to Phoebe H one of the summer camp leaders and they were very pleased Phoebe remembered them when coming back to show their tshirts.

We had such an amazing time visiting you today. The measures you have in place are second to none. From the moment we entered to the time we left. Staff were incredibly attentive and the organisation in place was faultless. Everyone at Jungle Adventure worked constantly during our visit. There really is no comparison to other soft play centres. You really do deserve so much recognition for your COVID safe environment.

We visit Jungle Adventure every week and every time we are still amazed by the level of customer service. Staff always make time for their customers no matter how big or small and it really is a lovely environment. Its not just a play centre, its a safe environment for advice for new mums and dads, classes for our little munchkins and you can really feel how family orientated the business is.

I came into Jungle Adventure for the first time today with my niece and nephew. The staff were absolutely terrific and I cannot commend them highly enough on the level of cleanliness. It is very rare a child comes in with white socks and leaves with them still remaining white. My niece thoroughly enjoyed meeting chase from paw patrol and even dancing with him. We will definitely be visiting again

This was our first visit since lockdown and we are so glad to be back. My son and daughter could not contain their excitement. The measures you have in place are very thorough and the play equipment is looking so clean. We loved the attention to detail you have put into Jungle Adventure and it made us feel really safe. Speaking with your team, they have a great wealth of knowledge about the precautions and safety measures, even as far as knowing the air flow.

We had an amazing time at all of the 10 weeks of fun character events. They were a great add on to our annual passes. We love Jungle Adventure it is always so clean and tidy and the staff are just lovely.
